IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ARTWORK DAMAGED
If you receive damaged artwork, please contact me within 7 days. It would be helpful if you could attach photographic evidence of the damage.
IN CASE OF DISAPPOINTMENT
If you receive a painting that does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to email me and request a refund.
Once the return has been approved, it will be your responsibility to adequately pack the painting and arrange for its return delivery using the same service through which it was initially sent to you. After receiving the painting in the same condition as it was sent (unless it was damaged in transit), I will refund your payment within 14 days.
IN CASE OF OVERSEAS RETURN
At this time, I am unable to process returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside the UK.
